Barney Farms Queen Creek is a planned development by Fulton Homes to be built near the corner of Signal Butte and Queen Creek Roads. The community will closely align with the farming tradition of the Barney Family. You can learn more about the town and farming history by visiting QueenCreek.org. The 1,700 home single-story development will be set on over 500 acres. Barney Farms Queen Creek Outdoor Amenities
Community features are expected to include; a recreational lake (already filled on the site), lake trail, and bridges that connect all of the lake amenities. These include the main park, boardwalk docks, and barn ramada. The main community park will have a turf field, a tot lot plaza, sports courts, an aquatic center, and a 109-space parking lot. A unique feature of the lake in Barney Farms Queen Creek is that it will be stocked and will allow residents to fish, kayak, canoe, and paddleboard. Barney Farms will also feature six neighborhood parks that all include shaded tot lots, a ramada and basketball courts, as well as two parks with a flower garden and prairie walk, shade structures, seat lounges, game tables, and water features. Features and amenities are subject to change or be modified by the builder.

Fulton Homes floorplans at Barney Farms will be customizable, featuring a variety of single-story, country-style floorplans with sizes ranging from 1,691 to 4,600 square feet including loft options for those families needing a little more room. All homes feature a traditional single-family lifestyle as well as up to four-car garages. The homes are styled to be competitive in price and affordable while offering Fulton Features program amenities and 10-foot ceilings. Community Information in Barney Farms
As information is published from Fulton Homes this site will be updated. Meadows at Barney Farms will be the lowest-priced subdivision in Barney Farms, but Fulton Homes has indicated that this development will not be short on style, livability, or standard features. This series will feature plans starting at 1691 square feet and going to over 2650 square feet. Room options to include guest suites, hobby rooms, and offices. When open, the models are expected to include the Prairie with Loft, Costal, Seagrass with Loft and the Alpine. All four of these plans can be built with or without loft. There are additional subdivisions expected and this site will be updated accordingly.

Schools Near Barney Farms Queen Creek
Katherine Mecham Barney Elementary is now open! Click here to go to the school site. Katherine Mecham Barney Elementary School is a new option for families across QCUSD. The new school will serve students in grades K-6th grade and will feature an accelerated science, technology, engineering, art, and math curriculum. Benjamin Franklin Elementary, American Leadership Academy, Queen Creek Middle School, and Queen Creek High School are all in the vicinity.
